   I was sent an e-mail with a no deposit bonus code of f8thec4 with a playthrough of $1500.oo which i surpassed and then boom, my balance was reduced to $100.00 at which time i made a phone call and was informed that i had used more the than one free offer. Let’s see…how do i put this?….Racket, chicken shit, bogus! In other words, why do you e-mail to your PATRONS the new NO DEPOSIT BONUS CODES if you just (pooooff)! take the balance down to $100.00. Oh, that’s right, I should have known that if I had cashed out at what was it?…$1600.00 then I would have at least been able to win $100.00. But then “NO” that would not have happened either as I played a free chip that was sent to my e-mail. Pretty smart Guy, that O’Bama. I see why he’s banning the on-line gambling for US Player. So in closing (which I know is falling on deaf ears) I just had to annoy and waste your time as you have wasted mine. But at least I was told, “Well, you can make a deposit now and then, then what?!!! because of course anything else that your inept Customer Service Staff (and I use that term lightly) was definetely falling on, I dont give a BLEEP

   yes, these are the rules of free bonus, in these case, the max cash out is $100, despite you win 101 or more, they only pay you that amount.
