To cash out winnings, player must provide a Government Issued Picture ID and an utility bill showing the same address that you submitted when creating your casino account.

Casino Deposit With Credit Card

 

  • If you have used a credit card to deposit with us please remember that you must send an authorization form for each credit card you have used to deposit at Cirrus Casino in order for your cashout to be processed.

    Please go to authorization form, print out the form, fill it out, sign it and send it back to us. For mutual security, please make sure that you attach to the form clear copies of the credit cards used plus clear copies of any Government issued picture id with address verification.

 

Cirrus Standard Bonus Rules

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses follow these STANDARD BONUS GUIDELINES.

  • Rollover of deposit, bonus and any credited fees:

    15 times on Classic 3 Wheel Slots.
    30 times on RSVS Slots.
    50 times on Table Games.
  • 10 times max cash out of the deposit.
  • Bonus is non-cashable.

    If within any bonus offered, the rollover, max cash out or cashable aspect of the bonus is not determined, the STANDARD BONUS RULES are in effect.
Cirrus Additional Bonus Rules

 

  • All promotions are designed only for genuine players who may be interested in continuing membership and play at the casino and are happy to wager with and risk their own money.
  • Promotions may be deemed void at any time to individuals or groups who abuse or have a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge backs) at Cirrus Casino or any of our affiliate merchants.
  • Any winnings accrued by such individual or groups will be deemed void and withheld.
  • Customers from Australia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Israel China, Italy and France are not eligible for any free money or bonuses over 20%. Play through is 15x before a cash out can be requested and bonuses are completely non cashable.
  • The following games will not count toward making wagering requirements: PONTOON, CRAPS, ROULETTE and BACCARAT.
  • Maximum payout on any Free Chip is the amount given.
  • Players are not entitled to any winnings coming from Free Chips claimed while having pending cashouts. Winnings earned will be void and removed.
  • You may cash out at anytime if you have not used any bonus coupons.
  • If you want to take advantage on any bonus offer please make sure that you redeem the coupon code for the specific offer before you make your deposit. If you do not know how coupon codes work, please contact support so that we can credit your bonus before you start playing with your deposit money.
  • Please keep in mind that no bonuses can be granted on past deposits unless otherwise stated.
  • If you request a bonus or use a coupon while having a pending withdrawal or balance, and without previous authorization, the winnings will be forfeited on all the successive deposits, and your deposit will be returned.
  • If you want to keep winning with funds in pending status, you may either reverse funds in pending or make a deposit without taking a bonus.
  • Please note that all promotions are only available ONCE per person, family, household, address, email address, credit card number and shared computers, i.e. university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace.
  • A customer may only have one account in their name. Use or creation of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received and winnings derived from such bonuses.

  • Only one promotion may be applied at one time to any player, unless otherwise stated.
  • Players can only win one progressive jackpot per deposit. Progressive jackpots wins are only allowed on fresh deposits.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
  • If a customer uses a promo bonus that is not entitled to him/her, any winnings generated from that are forfeited and the original deposit is returned to the customer.
  • Cirrus Casino reserves the right to withdraw a promotion, at any time.
  • Cirrus Casino reserves the right to deactivate any account and return their deposit, if found that the player is abusing the bonus program.

 

Cirrus Casino Players Representation and Warranties

 

  • The Player must be at least 21 years of age in order to play for real money.
  • Your personal identity and account details will remain confidential. Upon registering an account, downloading our software or giving your email to participate in any promotional offer we may have, you agree to receive informational emails regarding the promotions of us and our partners.
  • You may cash out at anytime, granting that you have met our play through requirements. Please see promotional rules for more details.
  • For pay out first time payouts, our pay out department needs a signed authorization form with proof of identification. The same is needed for all deposits made by credit card. Please download our authorization form, and please print it and fax/scan it back to us.
  • All accounts must have a correct contact phone number and valid physical address listed in their account information on the date(s) of all deposits. Use of an invalid phone number or address is grounds for forfeiture of any / all winnings and closing of the account.
  • For your safety our security staff will monitor all wagers and account transactions.
  • All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by Cirrus Casino on its Web pages.

    Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden.

    In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate action.
  • Customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number in their name. Use of multiple account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received.

  • Players may request a withdrawal from their account at any time, but are limited to four withdrawals per month.

    The total withdrawal amount cannot exceed $8,000 per month. ($2,000.00 per week.)

    For High Rollers the limit is $12,000.00 per month. ($3,000.00 per week.)
  • Accurate personal details, which can be verified, must be entered at account opening. Submitting incorrect details will be deemed as an attempt to defraud, which will result in the loss of winnings or promotional money.
